Ed, Kathy Wahler and Lewis Hughes in federal court in western district of North Carolina were acquitted of all 32 counts brought against them when arrested by the FBI. You may also be interested in knowing they were pro se litigants and took it to the DOJ and the government. So far, the jury verdict is sealed and no word has been forthcoming in the news media. Ed was in prison for 18 months awaiting trial and was not allowed to shave, cut his hair or wear a suit at trial. This is a great victory and comes from EDs own mouth.
The government is very upset about this one and for good reason. Pro se litigants cleaned their (gov) clock. No attorney represented "defendants" at all. Ed after 18 months can now rejoin his family a free man. Gotta love this one!!! Hurray!!!!"

We are at a point in history, that we must act to restore our “Republic Form of Government”. We have been lazy, by allowing those we elect to violate our law and establish themselves as our rulers. Our courts have become the tool of these corrupt officials to enforce their policy,that is in direct violation of our law. Because the average American is entitled to their right to be heard under the law, we must re-establish the “Republic of America” that allows all voices to be heard and respected. Our nation has been overthrown by “Foreign Agents” loyal to England, who call themselves lawyers, bankers, corporations, judges and government. These individuals are accountable for their violations of our law, but the individual is helpless to stop them. No one knows this better than I, because after battling for justice since 1991. I have never succeeded in holding any “Public Official” accountable for their criminal conduct. My efforts have been that of a single man to stand in opposition of those throughout our government who utilize the “Public Office” they have been entrusted with to engage in “Organized Crime”.I have fought in every court, within my jurisdiction, for the rights, privileges and immunities of the people. These battles have all been fought by the morals, ethics and principals upon which this nation was founded. The “Constitution for the united States of America” and the laws that support it. In every battle, I lost to those who violate our law.
I have carried on this battle for well over a decade and will not stop until I restore justice or die. This is how strong I believe in what I am doing. The reason I have dedicated myself to this task is because I fear if we do not stop the corruption, all those who will follow us in the future, our Grand children and their Grand children will live in an “America” where those rights, privileges and immunities no longer exist. Our government wants us to believe we live without these now and come hell or high water I am going to prove them wrong. There are many who support me in this opinion, but believe we are helpless given the opposition. They have all the banks, all the lawyers, all the judges and all the politicians who are dedicated to the conspiracy against our rights. For an individual, these are overwhelming odds. Therefore, I have decided to establish a “Cooperative Action” that will act as a “voice of reason” to remove the criminals from our government, hold those normally above the law accountable and aid those in need of a defense, the numbers necessary to insure justice will be served. If you believemy heart is in the right place and you wish to support this effort I ask you to send me a one dollar donation. No donations over $10.00 will be accepted. This money will be used solely for the purpose of a defense fund, to cover the cost of litigation of the fights that need to be fought, advertise for the elimination of unlawful taxes imposed by corporations and to cover costs of forcing banks to act within our laws. If you are an American who believes in our rights, send me one dollar and I will put it to good use. Together, we can become a voice in unison,that no criminal can escape, regardless of the position he holds. All are equally accountable under the law, it is time this principle was resurrected.
